Upstairs is filled with natural light and has an open plan, living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a QLED TV along with Foxtel, wifi and an Arcade machine (1900 games). The sofa folds out to a queen bed.
The master bedroom with one queen bed and bathroom with toilet is also situated upstairs. Walk out to the balcony with a new weber gas BBQ, gas heater with outdoor setting for some quiet time.
Downstairs features the second bedroom with 2x single beds, bathroom with toilet, laundry facilities and access to enclosed court yard.

There are many boutiques on The Terrace which are a delight to stroll around and pick up that special something as a momento of your stay.
Surf shops are also a must for all beach goers with beach wear and all the surf equipment you could want.
The local supermarket is also walking distance to the townhouse, making holidaying all the easier.
Ocean Grove is home to a patrolled beach, local golf course, many restaurants and everything you could need from a beach town.
Situated next to the quaint Barwon Heads, make sure you take a trip to Hitchcock Ave and browse the local stores. Sundays also boast a local market.
Adventure water park is local 5 mins drive from Ocean Grove. Mini Golf and a maze are also other local attractions.
Take a 30 min drive to Torquay home of the famous beginnings of Surf brands such as Billabong, Quicksilver & Roxy. Warehouse shopping.

The Otways are nothing short of spectacular with access to numerous natural waterfalls and walking tracks through the rain forest. Ideal for soaking up all that this region has to offer.
