This is the perfect family home in central Ocean Grove ideal for the larger family or two families who want to holiday together.
There is loads of room to move and for everyone to have their own space and privacy. The house sleeps 9 guests in comfort.
Step through the front door to a private master bedroom retreat which has a queen bed, separate ensuite with shower, toilet and a walk in robe. There is also a small tv in this room.
Another few steps takes you to the second bedroom which has a double bed.
These two bedrooms have access to a living area which includes two couches and a flat screen tv.
The other two bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, the third bedroom has a set of bunks and a single bed, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have built in robes.
The rear bedrooms are serviced by a main bathroom which has separate shower and bath tub. The main toilet is also separate to the bathroom. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, vacuum, iron and ironing board.
The rear of the home is very large and open plan. It includes a country style kitchen with all the mod cons including a dishwashing, microwave, gas hotplates, electric oven and all the crockery and cutlery you require for entertaining.
The rear living space is light and bright and has a very comfy L-shaped couch with large screen TV and DVD player.
The dining table is a large square timber table with seating for 8.
The outdoor entertaining area is perfect for the Summer holidays but also features café style blinds so can be used all year round. There is an outdoor setting along with BBQ. The house also provides an outdoor shower to keep the sand out when you come home from the long day at the beach.
The property is child friendly with an outside area to keep the little ones entertained or a grassed area perfect for a game of back yard cricket.
