Located in a tranquil setting this two-storey villa is ideal for your next getaway. Perfectly situated between Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff, with only a short walk to the beach, skate park and nearby Mud Day Spa. You will be well placed to enjoy all the area has to offer. Swan Bay and the Bellarine Rail Trail are also not far away.
The Villa features two good sized bedrooms and sleeping for 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is located on the ground floor. The second bedroom has four single beds and is located on the first floor. There are spacious built in wardrobes in both bedrooms.
The large upstairs second bedroom also has a small seating area, flat screen TV and DVD player, ceiling fan and the split system air conditioner provides heating and cooling.
Downstairs the living space is open plan and very generous. It includes two couches, dining table for six, flat screen TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and stereo, ceiling fan and a wood-burning Coonara heater. A split system air conditioner also provides heating and cooling. Some DVDs and family games are at hand for entertainment. The lovely polished boards and warm furnishings provide a relaxing sunny north facing room for all to enjoy.
The kitchen area is well equipped with gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A front loader Bosch washing machine and separate dryer together with a laundry trough are provided behind bifold doors. A folding clothes line is out of site in a utility area outside.
Pantry items, coffee pods and starter essentials are provided.
The semi en-suite bathroom has a shower over the large corner bath, toilet and vanity.
The living area opens onto a lovely north facing entertaining deck with outdoor setting and private natural gardens. A wonderfully relaxing place to just sit and enjoy your surroundings.
The Ziegler and Brown BBQ is plumbed into gas mains so there is no worry about running out half way through dinner! Full BBQ cooking equipment is provided.
There is a wind-out awning that covers the full deck and provides gentle shade to the living area on hot days as well as an outdoor umbrella to ensure you are sun smart throughout the warmer months.
