Enjoy this private provincial resort style property which sits on 5.5 acres.  Its an enchanted landscape full of surprises, you will find an inground solar heated pool surrounded by a paved area and lush plants.

Wander through the manicured gardens where you will come upon a lake spanned by a Monet-style bridge.

If that’s not enough venture further to find fully fenced asphalt tennis court all these amenities are surrounded by endless bushland – lots of gum trees and birdlife.

All this to enjoy your holiday while still being close to the shopping precinct and beach.

Truly unique, from the moment you step through the front door and are welcomed by a large foyer area with a circular timber staircase and chandelier.  Polished floor boards, slate floors and ornate high ceilings throughout.

Imbued with natural light and charm, the kitchen has, modern appliances and a walk-in pantry, featuring a casual meals area with beautiful glass cabinet, it is open to the adjoining formal dining room.

There is a formal sitting room, surrounded by windows that let in natural light and overlook gum trees and gardens. A great place to catch your breath and enjoy some quiet time during your break.

The ground floor also has three bedrooms with built-in robes and desks, a bathroom, powder room and European-style laundry.

In a wing of its own just catering for entertaining, there is an enormous games/family room with built-in bar.  This wing is impressive with sets of French doors that open out to the solar-heated in-ground pool, outdoor living area, and formal lawn.

There is underfloor heating, a reverse cycle split system and a large wood heater.

Upstairs, the large master bedroom and guest room each contain an en suite, plus French doors opening out onto a spacious balcony with magnificent views of the pool area, tennis court and bushland.
