All bedrooms are located here – the master with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with queen and one single bed and bedrooms three and four, both with two king single beds.

The living area includes comfy couches and TV and a games area includes a bar area and football table – great for entertaining the little or big kids in the family.

The main bathroom has separate bath and shower and the laundry comes complete with washing machine.

There is a mezzanine level which includes a powder room.

Upstairs features huge open plan kitchen, living and dining area as well as a fabulous entertaining deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the art appliances including microwave and dishwasher.  The dining area has plenty of seating for all guests.  The lounge is comfortable with TV and DVD player as well as split system heating and cooling.

You’ll probably spend most of your time on the deck relaxing and reading the papers or enjoying a family BBQ and drink.

This luxurious property is only one block from the main beach, cafés and promenade precinct.
