A modern open plan home conveniently situated only a 10 minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants of Barwon Heads village. The river and beach are only moments from here.

The usually sleepy town swells in population during the busy summer months and our location is ideal as you can leave your car at home and walk or ride your bikes to everything you may need.

The house is designed to meet a family’s every need. The large open plan living area seamlessly connects to expansive decking. There is an outdoor dining setting and Weber BBQ – a perfect space for entertaining or the kids run and spread their toys.

Additional comfort during summer is provided by polished concrete floors, air conditioners and blockout blinds. In winter there is a gas fireplace and an extensive collection of books and games. WiFi is also included.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the house, it has a queen bed with a spacious ensuite. Additional bedrooms are zoned at the rear of the house. Here you will find another large bathroom and the second, north facing, living area.  If you wish to sleep more than six guests this can be accomodated on the sofa bed as this is a completely private and separate space.

Enjoy the walk via the renowned Barwon Heads Golf course to the big waves and rockpools of 13th Beach. If you prefer to stay closer to home there is a large park and enclosed playground opposite the house.
